Our 2008 is a focused, elegant Pinot Noir with larger than average body. Red cherry in colour, the nose shows a bright fruit core of fresh raspberry, candied sour cherry, and red licorice with a frame of vanilla and spicy oak aromas. The palate is well structured, reflecting the fruit on the nose with great intensity. Medium bodied with excellent tannin and acid structure and the beginnings of great Pinot velvety texture that will develop with ageing,. This wine is definitely one to lay down for a few years as the rewards will be significant. Drink 2013 - 2016
