A single vineyard wine from the vaunted old vines at the Butler’s Grant Vineyard, the juice was left on skins for 8 hours for increased flavour and aroma extraction. Fermented and aged in seasoned French oak, it’s a funky, balanced take on one of the region’s most expressive varieties. 34 cases produced.
