Left to hang on the vine longer than the rest of the Creekside Estate Vineyard “Long Rows” Sauv Blanc, this single vineyard 2007 “Uber” is just that….Incredibly ripe and concentrated, the juice was fermented and aged in 100% French oak barrels and left to age on lees for an average of 10 months. This wine is really all about technique in the vineyard and extreme patience on the part of our winemaker. Its incredible aromatics, massive body and mind-numbing intensity has been a thing of wonder from its very beginning. 62 cases produced.
