Nicknamed the “Wildling” because of its expressive character and complexity that comes from fermentation in barrel with wild, ambient yeasts. A complex nose of apples, butter, lime zest, peach, distinct earthiness, almonds and vanilla. The palate is silky with apple butter, caramelized peaches, key limes, wild mushrooms, and baking spices.
