We sourced some beautiful Pinot noir fruit from our Queenston road site and vinified it quickly, getting the wine off skins early to minimize tannins for an early-drinking style. No oak contact! The resulting wine is lighter-bodied and fruity, with a hint of earthiness and freshness. Serve slightly chilled in the summer months for a refreshing twist.
