This classic wine is a truly pure expression of the Chardonnay grape. Made without the use of oak to allow its character to really shine. Harvested from a few vineyards across the Niagara Peninsula, this wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with some lees stirring and malolactic fermentation to contribute to the texture and body of the wine. It’s fruity, smooth, refreshing and great with food!
Lots of tree fruit on the nose – primarily apple and peach with light notes of wet stones and orange blossom. The palate is bright and focused with golden delicious apple, meyer lemon, minerality and a soft pear finish.
