Fermented in separate batches in stainless steel tanks and individual fruit bins. Aged in oak for 30 months.
Laura’s Red is a meticulous blend of red vinifera varieties to make a wine with strong structure and ageing potential but also with a core of good fruit and earlier drinkability. Just as every vintage is different, every vintage of Laura’s Red is a different blend to make the best wine possible. 2020 was an exceptional year, showing classic old world character with great structure, intensity and ageing potential.
