2023 was a very moderate and not too warm growing season but by fall, the sun shone down on us and our ripening vines and bestowed upon us some lovely grapes. This rosé is a delicate one, made with a very short amount of time on the skins before being pressed. It's elegant and pretty with good intensity of flavour. Sunshine in a glass!
Charcuterie with melon, bbq salmon, feta and watermelon salad, crab cakes, grilled halloumi with pesto, sunshine and happiness. Pretty much anything goes with rosé!
