While the 2021 vintage was a difficult one, the Malbec and Petit Verdot truly turned out to be the “MVP’s” of the reds this year. These grapes were fermented in individual bins with some separate and some combined. Aged in older French oak barrels for 19 months before blending the perfect combination. These varieties are rare in Niagara so it’s unlikely you’ll find another wine like this!
